The direction of the characters and symbols on the display can be changed depending on whether the unit is placed vertically or horizontally. There is a Display Set switch on the rear of the unit allowing you to choose which direction the display is shown. The assignment of the functions each control button is also inverted when the display direction is changed. The remote control sensor is located on the front display panel when the switch is in the Horizontal position, and on the front cover (in the center of the logo design) when the switch is in the Vertical position.
