Ricoh+has+just+unveiled+its+new+system+camera+GXR

Even smaller than Olympus’ and Panasonics’ MICRO FOUR THIRDS, Ricoh GXR definitely has managed to surprise us with what it offers as a system camera: 2 distinctive lens/sensor units that you can slide into the body of the camera. One of them, GR LENS A12 is a unit composed of 50 mm F2.5 MACRO lenses with 12.3 megapixel CMOS sensor that can do HD video (1230 x 720P), has raw burst speed of 4 frames per second and weighs 263 gr. , whereas the other, RICOH LENS S10, is composed of 24-72mm F2.5-4.4 VC lenses with 10 megapixel built-in CCD sensor that can shoot VGA video (630 X 480P), has raw burst speed of 5 frames per second and weighs 161 gr.

The viewfinder also comes as a separate unit and also there are options of Wide Conversion Lens DW6 and Tele-conversion Lens TC-1 for Ricoh Lens S10 unit….
